      Actually I have the updated traffic code, penal code, health and safety code, etc etc and I looked it up on that book every LEO has to buy every new session due to state/federal updates. When you retire in the state of Texas you keep your commission through the agency you retire from. I still carry LEO credentials which means I have to qualify twice a year with my agency. And we are covered by HR218 which was signed into law. But hey, you are free to believe whatever you like. This beautiful country we live in that I chose to have citizenship of, is one beautiful nation and it guarantees various freedoms....of which you are using. Toodle pip!
