Exactly what are the obvious facts here?

That Davis was driving? No. Source at the scene said he was.

That Davis was driving and under the influence? Nope

That Davis was running from the police? Nope

I think it's pretty far from obvious the extent of what he did wrong, if he himself did something wrong. Let's not pretend that there aren't a multitude of comments that are racially tinged because you yourself believe that there maybe some justification.

He get's negative reactions because of his actions. Not his skin color. I don't see why people cannot grasp this. You just don't see other ethnicities crying and destroying things when their mentally ill people are locked up or killed while being apprehended by police. At some point people need to be responsible for their actions.

I really like Tanks results and fighting style, I just don't agree with his fast-hood-type lifestyle.

A hit and run is a felony in TX and it should be no other in MD just because they have a shxt ton of criminals running the streets.

Leaving the scene of an accident is a misdemeanor in Texas, you should check the Texas law.

Further, a lot of the comments regarding Davis aren't related to his in the ring performance or behavior. Additionally I think its quite naive to believe that the constant discussion of his outside the ring life when it has no correlation to his in the ring life isn't racially based. It becomes the go to insult because well...they prefer lobbing insults in lieu of talking boxing.
