It may be worse than what's being reported but there seems to be a lot of presumption of drinking or other craziness. All we have is a source said he was driving and that a minor accident occurred after a red light was ran.

So you condone this BS. One person was taken to the hospital. What if that was your mom in the hospital? When the police stops somebody, why do a certain demographic tend to run for the police all the time? Just stay put. That's it. All demographics run from the police. But let's stay focused here. This was leaving the scene of an accident. Different scenario. Further, when you're trying to get paid off a traffic accident, you go to the hospital. So for all we know the hospital visit was precautionary.

It takes a sheltered individual to conflate understanding with condoning. I understand your preconceived notions towards "a certain demographic", but I don't condone them.

Davis is obviously the victim of systemic racism in this instance. That light had no business turning red while he was operating a vehicle. When will the American people finally realize that the traffic light system in the U.S is patently biased against black people? Wake up!

Yeah, we was probably up at 1:53am driving his kids to school, or serving buttermilk biscuits at a food shelter, or maybe the other cars were at fault for running a green light.
