Bennett said a lot in particular checking the weight of the gloves. But the commission does not check to insure the proper padding is in the knuckle area. No one can deny that based on the pics from Las Vegas Photography that fury didn't have padding the knuckle area of the right glove. I believe what Amir Khan said: fury called and had the glove manufacturer redistributed the padding from the knuckle area.
