At least Manny fought Thurman, ffs, which at the time meant something, so saying "Yea, but what about Manny!" is a distraction. The man is in his 40s, proved himself dozens of times, fought everyone, never btched about who he didn't want to fight and strived to be the best. Y'know, a proper champion? No? But this isn't about Manny.

If I remember well, they both had very close fights with Porter. Thurman had a close fight with Garcia.

I think all those guys are pretty much the same level.

But funny, Spence is ready to call out Canelo, but he can`t say Crawford`s name.

Pac is also in his 40s is a p/t fighter now and tbh has nothing left to prove. Stop defending a btching champ who should be telling us who he wants rather than who he wont fight. If you don't see Spence vs Bud as the top fight at WW then cool. No point in me trying to convince you.

Thurman looked pretty good. It was Pacquiao who just was better than expected. Thurman was coming off a long layoff and he took a lot of shots vs Lopez. Making Pacquiao his 2nd fight was risky. He probably should have took another challenging tune up. But he wanted to secure a payday.

Pacquiao edged out the fight. It was very close. Especially the 2nd half. The knockdown really screwed Thurman. It was a mistake on his part to be that careless vs pacquiao who is very awkward and difficilt to figure out. But once you do and you can time him you fair well. Obviously you have to take some shots too.

These fighters these days. Just like Mike Tyson said to Tank on their video call. You don't have to like each other to fight each other. You just have to want to fight. Don't let your promoters change that. The goal is to fight each other and make some money. **** if Spence won't fight Crawford or Thurman then what? He doesn't like Thurman? Good who gives a ****. We want to see the damn fight. Bad blood fights sell great.

Yes it would! No one wants to fight Ugas, because he's high-risk, low-reward! Thurman needs him though! I'm good with Thurman fighting Ugas, Mikey Garcia, or Shawn Porter! He has to earn a title shot, after losing to a 41 yr. old Manny Pacquiao!

We know that's the top fight, but we also know that Pacquiao is still a bigger draw then both Spence and Crawford! Don't hate the player, hate the game! Money talks...

If they think a 42-yr old Pacquiao will fight each one of them, they’re dreaming awake. Let them fight each other 1st. Pac would be the last unification for whoever wins between both.

If they don’t do this, neither would get a Pac mega fight and they can get their ‘ultimate unification’ through Ugas. Pac wouldn’t mind vacating that belt and retire.

Fighters these generations are feeling so entitled. They think their ‘0’ means millions smh

                • Keef definitely played himself with an Errol PPV fight. He kept acting like Errol was his cash out Manny vs Floyd fight & now it's a fight that has much less appeal post-all the recent outside of boxing hold-ups + the Manny L & seems highly possible to legit never happen.

That said hearing Keef on a podcast recently I appreciated his no bs take on his own situation & how fans can reasonable see things currently.

Thing is while I like his mindset more than I woulda thought I would idk if he's physically &/or mentally the same guy he was when he was #1.

I wish he would! Spence, Crawford, and Mikey all waiting for that call! At least Spence has a live dog coming up! Brook is trash, and Mikey is not even making any moves until he hears from Pacquiao!

Mikey Garcia: Manny Pacquiao Fighting Me Next 100%, Not Conor McGregor

Manny Pacquiao is boxing’s version of “The Bachelor” — every opponent is seemingly waiting for him to hand them a rose by way of a fight.

The list of names waiting to fight Pacquiao is longer than the line at the local DMV.

At 41, the eight-division champion is still one of the sport’s preeminent draws and commodities.

A pack of hungry welterweights like Errol Spence Jr. Terrence Crawford, Danny Garcia, Shawn Porter and Mikey Garcia have all thrown their names in the ring of late to face the all-time Filipino great fighter...

“I saw the tweets from McGregor, but I haven’t seen any from Pacquiao. Are there any responses from Pacquiao yet? I haven’t seen any,” Garcia told Fight Hype. “Manny Pacquiao’s next fight is not Conor McGregor. Manny Pacquiao’s next fight is with me. So McGregor has to take a number. McGregor’s next fight might be against Manny Pacquiao, but before that, Manny Pacquiao has to fight me first, and that’s 100 percent.”

A proper champion that is ducking a unification fight?

A proper champion that ducked a drug test for years?

                      Proper champion huh?

Champions fight other champions, not losers like Keith Thurman.

This is the first time in my life I heard people accusing someone of ducking when he wants to fight the winner of a bout instead of the loser.

                      This must be opposite world.

If Manny don't want the smoke, its easy, drop the belt.
