You obviously don't watch boxing and just a biased American .. show me one independent cross belt ranking that has Ortiz as a top 4 heavyweight, boxrec, ESPN, the Ring, transnational all don't so obviously, every boxing expert in the world disagrees with you but this is the problem you are so biased you ignore all the facts.
Joshua and Fury are at 20 odd fights at this point in his career Wilder fought guys with huge losing records and people like you cheered him on instead of asking why he wasn't fighting the Klitschko's instead which Joshua and Fury did at the first opportunity.
It was far easier for Wilder to get those fights, Finkel managed them at one point.
Instead of revelling in the great history of American Heavyweights you're obsessed with a skilless hick who can't box and a fake Cuban amateur (go look at Ortiz's so called amazing amateur record then compare it to Povetkins) , dodged every opportunity and was never a world champion because he'd never defend his belt outside the rigged refs of his backyard.
