doesnt surprise me at all tbh. From Cleveland.com:
“A man in the club invited the women into the VIP section, where they sat on a couch and each talked to another person, the report said.
Both women told police that Broner came up to the woman from “out of nowhere," laid on top of her and started forcibly kissing her, the report said. She said Broner said to shut up and kiss him during the attack, the woman told police. Her friend tried to pull Broner off the woman by a fanny pack he was wearing around his waist, the report said. She could not get him to budge, so she turned to other men and told them to get Broner, the report said.
The men replied that they had just met Broner at the game, that they knew he was a professional boxer, and then asked her what she wanted them to do about it, the report said.
Broner eventually got off the woman when someone came up to them and tried to take a picture, the woman told police.
The woman left the club after Broner got off of her because she felt violated, and she and her friend went to the Third District police station to file the report, the report said.”
Broner is so pathetic. He has no skills with women.
He was wearing a fanny pack. Lol lol lol lol Derranged can relate to that.
the crime or the fact that broner wears a fanny pack.Comment

I don’t disagree with anyone that Broner has serious issues and has been a bad dude over the years. My point is that, I don’t think jailing him at this point does any good for the victim. The victim filed a civil claim against him and wants to be paid. Broner’s livelihood is fighting and he has a fight scheduled where he can earn real $ (assuming he’s telling the truth in court about having a fight). Why doesn’t the judge put Broner on house arrest and garnish his pursue or put some type of lien against it and let him fight? This will provide the victim with the best possibility of being paid and give Broner the best chance to turn his life around for him and his kids. I’m not a Broner fan, in fact I just posted a few days ago that he built up his rep beating up smaller guys. Locking Broner up doesn’t help the victim get paid, it puts Broner at high risk for catching COVID and likely puts another nail in the coffin of his boxing career. If Broner had committed another violent crime, I wouldn’t oppose a jail sentence but this is a civil matter where the victim has been awarded $800k in damages and I think locking Broner up significantly decreases the likelihood of the victim getting paid and badly impacts Broner’s earnings capabilities.Comment

First off his so called fight in January isn’t set in stone by any means.I don’t disagree with anyone that Broner has serious issues and has been a bad dude over the years. Secondly he has fought since being hit with this settlement and has had multiple opportunities to pay this settlement and he has done zero.
Why should the judge give him the benefit of the doubt at this point since he’s pretty much given the court the middle finger.
Fact is there are consequences to ones actions and if a person isn’t man enough to take responsibility of his actions then hes going to put himself in a situation he can’t get out of. And Broner has now put himself there.Comment
