Yep I thought about it and he gets stopped by Fury, AJ and even Dubois if he thinks arm punches are going to win him rounds against super heavyweights

Usyk should get his shot next, well, after Pulev. Ortiz is reduced to gate keeper, Wilder is whispering out the bushes somewhere. Andy is eating and partying his way through $20 million. Who else is there?

Usyk has his big win at heavyweight over plodding old gatekeeper Chisora. I knew Usyk would never fight a top contender at heavy / earn his title shot. An AJ/Usyk fight will be an underwhelming waste of time same as this fight. Hopefully whyte/povetkin and joyce/dubois go off as scheduled.

            Usyk never was in danger

He almost stopped Chisora in the late rounds. He has the power to stop heavyweights. He does not have the instinct.

Usyk proved little that we don’t know already other than there’s a big possibility he won’t cut it with the top heavies.Del was out of steam trudging forward hands down and would have been stopped by the top guys at heavy.Wasn’t the ‘statement’ he promised.

Not convinced that Usyk can make it as a heavyweight.

It was a tough fight for him.

Usyk seemed to NOT have a punch/power that Chisora could respect. And there was too much movement from Usyk. Usyk was also uncharacteristically tired from all the wrestling with Chisora in the early rounds.

Even in the last 3 Rounds when Chisora was sapped and hardly threw any punches, Usyk didn't jump on him to finish him off. Either due to exhaustion or still respecting Chisora's power. Not sure.

i think Usyk's a good fighter but he's in the wrong division but heavyweight is where the mega bucks are. He's a skillful boxer but there's just no intimidation factor there. With that said, Usyk will probably do well at heavyweight but I thinks it's more about the weakness of the division than anything else.
