Floyd Mayweather: The best today? As far as 'eye test', Crawford

    - Says that he feels Tank and Crawford are basically at the same level in terms of skill and resume (I would agree), but right now, he would put Crawford at the top as far as the 'eye test' (meaning not the business side of things, not resume, just as a fighter).

    - Says that Tank dispatched Gamboa same as Crawford did - Kellerman says "yeah but Gamboa was younger against Crawford" - which Floyd (without outright saying it) basically throws shade at Crawford for being bigger against Gamboa which gave him an advantage

    - Names Tank, Carnelo and others as the biggest names in the sport - talking about the business of boxing.

    - Gives credit to Carnelo for going up to light heavy

    - Questions why Lomachenko got credit for his rise but Leo Santa Cruz is being dismissed when he went up even more weight classes and accomplished what he has

    - Says that Leo Santa Cruz has "the Mexicans" behind him, so it makes it a fight worth doing

Here’s to Crawford soon proving he’s the man that so many believe he is and not a Chad Dawson

Yeah I bet he used his “eye test” exclusively when selecting.

What thing could he have seen with his eyes instantly that convinced him?

He’s just trying to get Crawford to cross the street and sign with PBC. With that being said, Crawford is still very basic to me. Clenelo would beat him if he could still make 147.

As with many on NSB, Floyd is referring to fight style, aggression, etc. The 'eye test'. You look like a world beater.

          Here's the thing though.

Floyd, a month or so before the Loma fight, said that Rigondeaux was the #1 P4P. And we saw what happened.

If Crawford takes a loss to Brook, we'll know Floyd is the new jinx - not Drake Curse, the Money Curse.
