almost every1 who loses is a hype job and every1 who doesn't lose is a protected fighter, that's boxing

i think he's had a great career but 135 look's a bit much for him at the top

maybe he can miraculously prove me wrong tho, i think he can do better than he did v teo that night

Lol exactly, oh and every fighter outside of the top 5 is a bum, especially if they're not popular or their name is hard to pronounce.

Loma's no hype job. He's a product of circumstances. He finally got a huge fight to put himself on the map and there were too many variables for him to overcome to get the "W". At this point, he really needs to take on the best he can get because he's lost a lot of chances to get with the biggest names in the lower weight class. I fully believe he has the talent and skill still to be the top at the lower weights. He just ended up biting off more than he could chew with Lopez. Lopez proved too big and strong for him and it was too much for him to take early risks that could of resulted in a KO loss.

I know a lot of people were hard on Loma to begin with but honestly he should get MORE credit for the fight than given. Lopez did not in any way dominate him or even KO the little guy. The ending half of the fight saw Loma landing awesome combinations. If only he started sooner.

Now you have an "L" for Loma against a larger guy and it does hurt his overall stock. He really needs to bounce back to erase the bad taste of this loss but I still have no doubts he's one of the best fighters we've seen in the lower weight classes. An "L" doesn't always reflect the true story.
