I can say that I'm a Jermell and Jermall Charlo fan, but do they deserve to be in pvp top 10.
Notable Wins for mell:
-Robbery then knock out of Tony Harrison
-Jeison Rosario (who knocked out Julian Williams but who also got knocked out by Nathaniel Gallimore)
-Past Prime Austin Trout
-Glass chin Erickson Lubin who was recently almost knocked out by terrell "no power" gausha
-And if you really wanted to boost his resume, John Jackson who he won the vacant WBC title fighting
Notable Wins for mall:
-pre-chinny Julian Williams
-Cornelius Bundrage
-Past prime Austin Trout
-Struggle fight against little but highly skilled Matt Korobov
-And recently a shut-out performance against Sergiy Derevyanchenko
I think mell should be pvp based solely on accomplishments, that being he is a 3-belt champ, but he hasn't yet fought a fighter that I thought could give him a REAL TEST (GGG to Canelo etc).
Simply put, I don't think Jermall has done enough to become pvp top 10
