People say that ****** ****, even if they don’t believe it deep down, as a way to not give Tank his just due. If Tank walks through Leo then Leo was never really a threat and a cherry-pick all along. If Tank struggles, or wins a competitive fight, then Tank is a hype job and blah blah blah. It’s a win win for the haters.

Yeah he does he has been wearing a sweat suit since 6 weeks out lol I mean c'mon it's no secret he is having to struggle to make 130 and then they added the 135 belt to be on the line as well should be a hint in case he doesn't make the weight he just pays a fine and doesn't even lose his actual belt.

Based on the Rolando Romero fight Santa Cruz needs a TKO and I wouldn't count it out I want to see how he takes Davis power chinny Gamboa took it well with a torn achilles and even then he didn't get knocked out cold Leo has only been really buzzed once against Frampton so we shall see I also want to see Davis take pressure for 12 rounds because Leo can do that.

There was a fight a while back against a 5'4 Mexican named Luis Sanchez he gave Gervonta trouble in that fight and he is nowhere near the caliber of Leo yeah Tank knocked him out but he looked fatigued in spots and he also weighed in at 133 for that fight.

I still got Tank but I hope Leo can give a good account and would be really happy if he pulled it off considering his dad has survived cancer then covid and sepsis in the past year it would be a great gift for him.

I agree with most of what you said. Only difference is I picked LSC in the Pick Em Game. He comes with alot of volume.

                  Top dogs fighting

Reading all these comments it’s going to be a good are possible great fight .Two solid pro fighters ,just two men letting there fists do the talking tank coming down in weight Leo going up.Reminds me of the late 70s and 80s when fighters fought to prove who’s top dog ,sure they’ll make money ,but you can’t take nothing away from either fighter ,they deserve it.

Leo has shown that he can stay committed to a jab in the first Mares...even with all the pressure to make it a Mexican war, he stayed with his jab against the shorter guy and created a lot of distance and was able to choose when to turn the volume and action. I was sitting in the nosebleeds for that fight and being able to see how he used the ring from above was really eye opening. So yeah he's a high volume guy but he's got a jab and as you mentioned, there have been some small instances in DAvis fights where he has looked lethargic and his stance becomes more open up the middle ( as a result of being a two handed puncher)...he isn't always bringing his hands back for defense..when he's tired, his arms/guard are not disciplined. LSC jab + his uppercuts fro both hands

If Tank doesn't want ot back up, I do think LSC could lead him around the ring behind his jab ala Mares 1 and just try to keep tapping him every once in a while, while taking some steam off Davis shots by meeting him with the jab, disrupt the combination...after a while Davis may feel those taps due to the lighter weight. If he takes the center in mid-late rounds, then you know the fight is on.

Really just rooting for LSC to give a good fight and force Davis to show something extra as well

Yeah he does and he has a decent punch not as big as Gervonta but you can't just take those punches clean he looked strong at the weigh in we shall see I hope so.

Yeah I agree he boxed well in the Mares and Frampton fights he is versatile and has good output hopefully he can pull it off.
