Rungvisai isnt nowhere near Donaire's size - 5'3" (115lbs to 118lbs) to 5'6" (112lbs to 126lbs)

Inoue would win simply because of styles.
Inoue's style is nowhere near Cuadras or Chocolatito's as Inoue can box (he is a smart fighter too) with power.
