Nope..........
Do you enjoy this HW era more than the Klitschko era?

The first two Peter v klit fights were fine, the last one was awful he beat gabe brown and nagy Aguilera to earn that shotHickey you always used to be such a good realistic meticulous poster..What's happened to you over the years that I wasn't posting. ...Brought yourself down low to the level of most of the others it seems. The Peter-W. Klitschko fight 1, was fought when Peter was 25. The Peter-Vit. Klitschko fight was when Peter was 28, and the Peter W .Klitschko 2 was when Peter was 30, and the #1 contender.
I'm not saying all klitschko fights were bad but there were so many stinkers.Comment

Fury and AJ I can understand, but Wilder was outclassed by Fury and hasn't beaten anyone of note really.
Usyk and Hunter are former Cruiserweights and have not done anything at HW yet.
Hrgovic, Yoka and Dubois are only prospects.
Ruiz and Parker weren't really rated until they got the Hearn promotion behind them to hype them up for AJ.
Whyte was considered a contender and he got knocked out by an old, well past prime Povetkin who is a relic of the Klitschko era.
I think this era is certainly more entertaining but you can't make the case it is 'better' than the Klitschko era, especially seeing what an old Klitschko was still capable of.
Those names are only names because HW has the spotlight on it once again with marketable stars, most notably AJ and Fury. When all is said and done they haven't really done anything other than fight one another and trade wins and losses. Ruiz being an exception as he beat AJ but was then outclassed in their rematch.
Realistically we have AJ and Fury at the top, those other 'names' don't really mean anything beyond what we subjectivly attribute to them. There were prospect in the Klitscho era as well, why don't we talk about them anymore?
A more competitive era to be sure, and more entertaining. But not 'better' by any provable metric.Comment

Ruiz, Hunter, Whyte, Hrgovic and others are "names" just because American and British promotors are better in hyping opponents than K2 promotions.
Since Klitschko retired, all heavyweights are hyped to be some "stars". even more if they are prepared to fight AJ or Fury.Comment

Weirdly no, I’ve become so frustrated with this era as there’s a too much politicking and talking but not enough fighting. At least we got Fury vs Wilder twice, but AJ is still yet to fight either.Comment

Well yes there were a few. And I thought Peter was well overdone even at 30, in that 2nd Wladimir fight. He had nothing at any time except his left jab and right, mostly rabbit punching. No IQ. I recall writing when he came on the scene as this ferocious KO artist with a massive punch, that he's fought only cripples and 4th rate palookas, that they would be helped into the ring and leaned against the ropes to keep them upright until the bell rang and Peter would KO them.
I was just pointing out that he was not 40, but my sense of humour, as usual, got the better of me.Comment

The Klistchko brothers were boring and overrated. Neither one of them really have all that good of a win and both of them have careers and title fights that overlap the careers and titles fights of names.
There's no reason why David ****ing Haye is a resume quality name for Wlad except for the fact that he was busy being KO'd by guys the WBC, WBA, and IBF did not give any ****s about back when he could have picked up a name worth mentioning. Pov and Haye are sad ****ing names for a man who was a champion at the same ****ing time as Evander and Lennox. Mother ****ers, we never needed Ruiz's punk ass as a title holder if Wlad wasn't such a *****.
People ***** whine and cry over new belts, but everyone recognizes pre-07 WBO runs today.
People *****, whine, and cry over the WBC-F but no one said a damn thing when the WBA made up the Super title so that they could have Wlad as their champion and appease their contracts and legal obligations(To Chagaev I think) at the same time.
People *****, whine and cry because Fury retired the lineal and reclaimed it without a lose, which is something that happened multiple times prior to Fury, but, no one says **** about how Wlad's fight with Ruslan making him lineal is some **** Ring mag made up and there are NO ****ing ranks in a 0-body title...duh...you want ranks you go to the bodies, it's their thing, it'd why they exist, lineal has no ranking....duh...No one gives a ****. Fury's actions have precedence, his claim has history. Wlad's ascension required modern writers to make up bull**** that never once ever ****ing ever happened in the history of lineal to crown Wlad lineal.
On top of all this, youse who ***** about Wilder's opposition being made top ten overnight must have not paid any attention to ranking when Wlad was champion. Most his *****s was low end ****s until we was ready for a mando. Then like magic, a few months out from the scheduled mando some mother ****er gets a bump, a title shot, and a waltz. How do you reign over a decade and fight no one? That's ****ing how.
People *****, whine, and cry about Tyson getting a freepass on his bull**** all the time. Wlad's the ****ing queen of the freepass. Sat as champion for like a decade and let Povetkin avoid him because he had no interest and any sort of real challenge. Y'all wanna cry over Wallin? Wallin's at least a HW. ****ing Mormeck, *****, Mormeck. That **** show happened.
That said, yeah, Wlad was pretty good. Vitali was pretty good too. I'm glad their era of bull**** is over though. Most of what people cry about now started in the mid 00s and keeps on going. Wlad's the OG of above good fights let me fight my mandos *****ass kingpin bull****.
The K2 era ****** a big ****. Toney would have been a name for either prick....El Tigro ****ing IS. Damn son. Tyson only has to whoop AJ to make Wlad's entire 10+ reign look like ***** ****.
Vitali had a war with Lennox so I'm softer on him. Still, could have fought better than Arreola and Chisroa level suckass pricks.
I'm still a Wilder fan, but AJ and TF are champs right now. Either one of them would have always kicked Wlad's slow, robotic, amateur technique using ass no matter when. Josh and Fury are superior champions, period.
