Canelo ain't making 160 anymore. The more videos I see of him training, the more it's obvious he's gotten too big to make that cut.

Idk man, Canelo doesn’t really look that big of a guy. I see him on IG a lot, he looks no more than 5’8” maybe even 5’7.5”

He’s got a husky build for sure. I don’t think 160 is completely out the picture tho.

Doesn’t seem like a fight that makes much sense for Canelo. For one I think he’d be the heavy favorite in a fight that if he wins he gains absolutely nothing in terms of status or legacy 2. Spence isn’t moving up to 160 anytime soon and Canelo after jumping up to 175, being inactive due to the pandemic & contract issues with no clear return in sight, It’s pretty unclear if he’d even want to or comfortably go all the way back down to 160. I think 168 is the more likely path for Canelo when he does return or some catch weight.
