Straight out the gate, first fight at 140 lbs? Lomachenko is a great win but would Loma beat Postol or Prograis? How about Baranchyk? I don't think so.

Not saying Lopez won't or can't be a champion at 140 because I have little doubts he will be.

He could beat Ramirez with his jab and fast counters, but Taylor's all round game and size would be too much.

He can compete and maybe beat quite afew guys at 140, but as I have stated before? His effectiveness will be maxed out at 140 pounds.

Good point, maybe it’s a little bit of a push to fight a unified champ in his first fight at 140. He should test the waters first.

        Lopez vs Zepeda @ 140
This is gonna be big and exciting fight too

Ramirez is a gritty, rugged fighter but the gap in skills/ talent will be deciding factor and I believe Lopez takes it. Taylor would be a much tougher fight I came away really impressed with his fight with Prograis. Perhaps I'm being influenced by a recency bias but I think Lopez could pull this one off if he uses his legs and box. He has the edge in power but I am troubled that Loma was able to get inside more regularly and easier as Teo fatigued. He's going to have to learn to keep his hands up when boxers are on the inside on him at 140 and above as well.

If it’s Taylor, not sure yet.

If it’s Ramirez, yes. I firmly believe Zepeda beat Ramirez and I think Teo will outbox him in similar fashion.

I'm pretty sure it's Taylor who wins that one

The Big Dunn would love to see Teo go to England and do to Taylor what Hagler did to Minter.

A far cry from fighting a small lightweight,as skilled as loma is,to fighting big/long/tall skilled jr welters like taylor and ramirez. Zepeda and prograis are closer in stature to Teo but even then I'd still favor them over Teo,zepeda looked like a beast sitting on his punches against an extremely rugged/strong baranchyk....all great fight regardless the outcome, hope we get to see them.
