          A prime Cotto could have.

Prime Williams and maybe a prime Khan could have outboxed him.

          Prime Shane too

Duran at 135. Ray Leonard or Hearns at 147.

On his record. I would say Zab Judah.

He was beating Floyd until he, as per usual, went full tard and lost his focus and concentration.

But besides that, I don’t feel anyone was outright beating Floyd on his resume. Close matches but they weren’t beating him to the punch and taking Floyd off his game.

Hearns and SRL would both have given him big problems.
