relative to his weight class?
Does Calzaghe still have the GOAT stamina of any fighter ever?

All time? No chance in hell. Especially if you go right back to guys like Battling Nelson for example who fought 20 round fights. I know some guys on here who could go even further back than that.
Henry Armstrong or Harry Greb I’d say. Both fought at a tremendous pace over 15 rounds.
In the 12 round era, Calzaghe is probably in the conversation but I’d go for one of the Mexican guys like a Barrera, Morales or even Santa Cruz in recent years, they were/are relentless. -
Sorry man...
Missed the relative to his weight class point.
I’d still say guys like Basilio, Fullmer or LaMotta had better gas tanks. Greb also who I mentioned in the first post.
In recent years, Froch’s stamina was also pretty impressive. Not any recent super middleweight I can think off with a better tank than Joe though.Comment

Not sure if serious.
My standard is Margarito. One of the best and responsible fighters when it comes to conditioning and stamina I have ever seen. Dude would be just chiseled and in peak shape, and would spar 18 plus rounds like nothing and have his sparring partners rotating out breathing hard. And he'd be throwing LEATHER! like LSC on tina.
And let's not even talk about the old school fighters going 47 rounds in the sweltering heat...Comment
