You Lose respect when fighters act like this I thought Pedraza was an honest dude but he’s clearly hating just because he loss to Loma he doesn’t want anyone to get a win over him to make himself look better.Comment

The problem is that casuals are hearing/seeing twitters from guys like Teddy Atlas that "the scores" ...plural...were outrageous. This gets the casuals thinking that it was a robbery.
119-109 is outrageous...especially coming from a reputable judge.
117-11 is questionable as well.
116-112 was right on the money; 115-113 would have been ok.
No way it was a draw.
I also agree that Julie's scorecard was wide. But could it just be that round 7-11 were VERY close? Remember, judges don't see compu-box numbers, replays and such.
To be honest, I only thought Loma won 2 rounds clearly.Comment

Pedraza is confusing bad scores from the judges with a bad decision.
Lopez deserved to get the decision but the scores were too wide for some. Out of the rounds Lomachenko won only one was in a dramatic fashion. The others were rounds where Lopez was winning and he came on at the end or he started fast and Lopez evened it up. Apparently the judges were not impressed with his sporadic offensive surges.Comment

Teo won easily, Loma lost the first seven and the last round 100% can argue he lost the 9th as well.Comment

Loma won 1 out of the first 6 and 4 of the last 6 imo. Had he won the 12th, we would have had a draw but the right guy definitely won.Comment

I think what we should be assessing on who won this fight is how did the judges score it. We know what the score cards are but how did they come up with those results? I didn't see neither landing anything significant in the earlier rounds. Even when Teo was throwing a straight jab to Loma's body which he landed in the first round and the punches that Teo threw were being blocked by Loma's gloves in rounds 2 and 3. Are these judges counting that as a punch if it lands on the glove or was it activity.Comment
