Let's call a Spade a Spade - Loma CAN'T box off his back foot

Salido, Garry Russell Jr and now Teo?

As far as Salido I said ok, Salido came in heavy, second pro fight, low blows, etc., etc. Then whenever Garry Russell Jr would go forward Loma would just shell up and run. 12 fights later and he still hasn't learned how to fight going backwards.

Is he a great and amazing boxer? Yes, absolutely! Is he complete though...

Eastern European boxers basically have modeled their fighting styles after the Cuban coaches that would come through during the USSR days. Cubans have horrible inside game and typically will just shell up if you get close because there is no real inside fighting in the amateurs.

I don't wanna say "can't" but he's most certainly a front foot fighter. The footwork he has, includes no bounce. He's not on his toes.. I'm stunned tbh.

so am I, crazy stuff and while Teo is great athletically I don't think that his toolbox is something extraordinary. He was just ready to punch with Loma and Loma didn't want it until it was too late and he had to, or otherwise it would've been a shutout for Teo.

            Interesting.
I'll study it a bit more, but you seem to be correct.

Tito couldn't deal with a jab.

            Amir has no chin.

Broner won't let his hands go.

...and Lomachenko can't fight backwards and hates pressure.
