I’m not a fan of fighter’s running away from a division to use that as an excuse for losing. Yea, teofimo is big, but it was more Lomachenko’s style that cost him the fight. That said, go to where the best fights are. All I want to see.

He lost to Teofimo because Teofimo was the better fighter. Loma's in deep trouble if he stays at 135 with the current crop of up and comers and there are legitimate fights at 130 for him.

      All I'm saying...

I think he should retire honestly he couldn’t pull the trigger that’s when you know you need to stop fighting

He couldn't pull the trigger because of Teofimo's power. He's never been gun shy before because nobody ever made him be.

I think it would be wise to move down however I think Loma could win a rematch.

Teo isn’t some power beast he’s barely a couple pounds bigger, loma legs didn’t even look right that’s not the same guy I been watching the last decade.

Lomachenko still beats Davis at any weight.

Loma is a good likeable dude (or was) unlike his supporters, but I believe just like his supporters he was starting to believe his own hype.

He had a record of 13-1...and the wins he had were questionable too. The things he was doing in the ring can not work with a fighter who's serious about winning. He is not a big puncher yet so called fighters like Rigo, Walters and Linares quit like they were hit by George Foreman. The footwork he did and those light jabs would never bother a seasoned fighter and Lopez who btw is not the most seasoned fighter proved that with a good jab and a simple uppercut every time he tried to get close would stop all of that fancy "matrix" stuff he was doing.

And now instead of giving props they are saying that he won the second half of the fight. To me he can be lucky if he won one round. Every time he threw something the commentators went crazy not mentioning the "comeback" punches Lopez was landing. Every time loma landed one Lopez came back with 3 or 4 punches.

In the 12th round he received more punches than in any other round in his career, and Loma still saying he won the second half of the fight.

Now he's revealing his true face, a face we haven't seen before...he knows he lost but yet he's trying to convince himself and others that he won the fight. That right there is not 'champ like' behavior if you ask me. Respect to Lopez...I too had my doubts because I thought he would throw the fight but he didn't...respect.

You don't give away 7 straight rounds due to inactivity if you're not worried about what's coming back at you.
