Is it true the WBC is creating the Heavysuit division?

A division between cruiserweight and LHW might be cool to allow the LHW's more P4P potential by giving them a division they can move up to after conquering LHW. But creating the Heavysuit division at this moment in time seems like a transparent attempt to elevate and bail out DW.

Reading the tea leaves, it seems like they want to market TF vs AJ at Heavyweight in Europe and the UK, a white UK fighter vs a black UK fighter, and then market the white OU vs the black DW in the USA at Heavysuit, using the typical subtle, divisive promo tactics to pit people against each other to promote the fight, and maybe also for its own sake.

I think fans would be able to support this new division much more if DW has no involvement, so that it can be said it was truly done to improve the sport, and not to cater to and bail out the WBC's American favorite. But if DW ends up involved in any way, I think the division will be forever known as the Heavysuit division. The name is just too fitting, and too funny, not to stick in that case.
