verno phillips is the best at 154

he was robbed against quartey and i cant see anybody beating him exept ouma , who he already been beat by, and that just becuase ouma doesnt stop coming he was winning the fight against ouma until he ran out of gas. he would beat forrest and anybody else. i dont think ouma can beat quartey or forrest.

I don`t think so. Philips is still a good fighter but he was never the best 154 pounder and he surely isn`t now!

Verno Phillips is a great fighter but he isn't the best junior middleweight. He is in the top ten junior middleweights though.

He's a great fighter no doubt. He's been at the top of that division for years.

I believe Quartey/Phillips could have gone either way, although I gave it to Quartey by a point. He also lost twice to Kassim Ouma, who I consider to be a better fighter as well.

Travis Simms was a good 154 pounder as well. Too bad he got caught up in legal troubles or whatnot.

I think he'd beat Forrest as well.
