Wilder turns 35 in two weeks and Fury is three years younger. Time is not on his side and he won't get better having another fight besides Fury. If he is not injured I think he should train hard and take his contracted rematch and hope Fury is over confident and under trained.

He already ducked Whyte for a $7M payday because he doesn't want to fight across the pond. The irony is, I think he would have easily beaten Whyte, that was easy money, but it came with a stipulation that he had to fight AJ next. That's the fight he is really avoiding.

He will probably have a tune up, but hopefully he fights Whyte/Povetkin or Ruiz right after.
