Why has that ship sailed? I think it happens eventually. I'd rather fight Loma than Stevenson if I'm Berchelt. Those are his two main options.

I'm approaching the fight that both are coming off bad performances and injury.

Pretty certain Haney had shoulder surgery following his last fight.

He's been sounding like a dumbass this year though -if he wasn't talking so much and instigating after being handed a belt, he could have has this fight quietly on some undercard and it wouldn't be a big deal. I don't really like when the organizations pick a chosen guy and artificially elevate them - does a disservice and now this fight can be positioned to be a main event and Gamboa as a title challenger. Just builds resentment
