GGG is 38 and was much better many years ago as all boxers are better at 26 to 30 than they are at 34 to 40. But he is still too good and hits too hard for Andrade and would knock him out in my opinion. GGG still averages throwing 750 good punches a fight and that is about 300 more punches than Andrade averages a fight. Plus Andrade does not punch hard enough to bother GGG but GGG can KO Andrade. Andrade has never fought a top middleweight who is dangerous and can punch hard. GGG has fought many dangerous top middleweights who punch very hard and has proven himself against them time after time and has never been down or staggered or hurt much in his career.

Nope, you aren't crazy on this. Why else would GGG refuse to fight him & go the easier route in Derevyanchenko? Andrade is a stylistic nightmare for everybody 160 & down, even some in higher divisions. He'd beat GGG in his prime too!

If Andrade is so damn good why is he such an awful cherry picker? GGG avoided him? Is Andrade an exciting fighter or a money maker. Andrade has avoided every good middleweight who hits hard. Andrade harder to beat than Dervy? I doubt it. No middleweight Andrade ever fought is close to being as good as Dervy. Andrade usually fights guys that are only ranked by boxrec down around number 25 or 30. Dervy was ranked 5th in the world by Ring when GGG fought him for the vacant title.
