People underrate Joshua. Highly. When will people learn that the top lvl isn’t easy to KO. Joshua isn’t walking into Wilder’s right hand ala Brezeale, and he can take a better punch than an old man in Ortiz. He was doing fine vs Wlad and his right hand and was only hurt when trying to finish. And he was hurt initially by a left hook coming in vs Wlad that left him stumbling around outside, the same thing that hurt him vs Whyte, the same thing that hurt him vs Ruiz. Everytime only hurt when trying to finish. Vs a punch Wilder doesn’t have. Wilder on the inside is harmless and would just be finished unlike the other’s.

    Wilder could never beat Joshua.

Joshua’s weakness is his heart isn’t all that. But the guy has the skills to hang with anyone. Fury vs him is a fight, Joshua won’t be covering up on the ropes vs Fury. And Wilder is twice as stiff as Joshua.

AJ will give Fury a much tougher fight than Wilder, that's not even debatable. Fury still wins it, but it won't be an almost absolute boxing lesson like Fury vs. Wilder 1 and it definitely won't be an embarrassing pummelling like Fury vs. Wilder 2.

As for AJ vs. Wilder, AJ will walk through him like an open door. The blueprint is out for Wilder and has been since Ortiz, and then solidified by Fury; pressure Wilder and he goes to shyt. People talk about Wilder's power but fail to mention the fact he never has an easy time with a fighter who is at least above average and his own size (Breazeale being the exception, even though he shook Wilder up just before he laid down for a rest), or that he seems to get befuddled by lateral movement (which AJ has shown he can employ). People talk about AJ's chin like Whyte, Klitschko, and Povetkin aren't known for knocking people out, or like that shot from Ruiz (who is a noted puncher anyway) wasn't a good shot in a bad place. Yet those same people fail to mention that Wilder was dropped hard by a cruiserweight, shook to his core by Eric fúcking Molina (LOL ), went all spaghetti legs and did a dance against Ortiz, was hurt and stopped in his tracks multiple times by Fury in the first fight then slapped around by him in the rematch...and none of those hit nearly as hard as AJ.

Conclusion: AJ would make him dance like an alcoholic with the first solid punch he lands on leaky defence Wilder, then follow it up with a combination that the 2679th "baddest man on the planet" will not recover from. All inside four rounds. Easy work.

The last Fury ever spoke about Bellew, he was offering him a free fight as a straightener outside of the ring and said he was slapping him next time he see’s him, and he wasn’t joking. That’s precisely when Bellew stopped trying to call out Fury.

Remember he also called him David Price’s gay lover.

Close friends? Fury has never said anything good about the guy. You can only ever find one picture about them together from about six years ago.
Fury was making a fuss when he wanted Bellew as a comeback fight. Bellew has been retired for a couple of years now so the fake animosity to sell tickets has subsided.
Bellew got talking to John Fury a couple of years ago and since then they have all been getting on well together (since he retired).

Fury talks crap about everybody then contradicts himself the next time he talks. He has always done that, every opinion he holds is completely fluid and can be reversed at any moment.

Is this why Hearn has avoided Wilder?

Getting on well and being civil doesn’t exactly mean close friends

Is AJ a better overall fighter? Absolutely. Does that mean he'd beat wilder? Absolutely not. Similar to the second ortiz fight, wilder could possibly lose every round, but only needs one to land for the fight to be over. Fury is the only current heavyweight that has good enough defense to negate wilder's right hand..Every other would get KO'D

All Fury does is effort to get under AJ skin period. Not sure AJ is buying that. AJ beat Wilder pretty easy, far a harder puncher compared to Fury and AJ does have movement and combos. It's kind game Fury

I rated Joshua coming through but the warning signs were there from the early .Joshua has improved immensely but I fully understand why they kept him away from Wilder. If average fighters like Ruiz and Whyte could get to him , let alone a faded Wlad then Wilder with that punch power would destroy him. The Hearns knew this and it amazes me that some others don't see it.If Tyson hammers Wilder again then the Hearns have swerved a bullet as they can make more excuses why it's not a good idea to fight Wilder.Bellow 's claim to fame was getting ironed out by a light heavy and a cruiserweight .Some people count David Haye , I don't and Haye said it himself from as early as the first round in the first fight he knew he was finished. Tyson Fury v Bellow would be beyond ridiculous.
