Roy, hands down from a pure boxing perspective.

Roy Jones. He had a very long run at 160, 168 and 175 where he was unbeatable and nobody ever came close to beating him before he fought Tarver. Tyson was a good champion but he never had an unbeaten run as a champion to equal Jones's long unbeaten run. Jones did lose once by DQ in a fight he was easily winning during that run but I don't count that against him.

Tyson, there's not a single quality heavyweight from that era he didn't fight. While I seriously doubt if any of them would have beaten him, there are some serious holes in his resume especially at 168.
