When Demetrius Andrade Beats Liam Williams How Much Credit Will He/Should He Receive?

He's ranked #10 at 160 in ring magazine & would be the 2nd top 10 opponent at 160 Andrade has faced.

I've been seeing a lot of UK Nationalists pick Liam to KO Andrade (which is the only way he can win) but I don't see it at all. I think he's on that Eubank/Murata/Sulecki/Brant/Munguia level. I think there's a significant gap between that & the ones ranked ahead of them. I think he's a solid fighter at that level. But in terms of his ability, not to win a couple rounds, not give Andrade a test, but to beat Andrade he has nothing more than a punchers chance IMO. & I'm not even sure he has that. I've seen him fight & I'm not impressed with his chances to beat Andrade. With the other fighters I named I think he has more of a chance. What's ya'll take on it?

It'll definitely be one of his best wins. As a guy critical of him & not as excited about him as others I'll give him some theoretical points for the W & more if it's an impressive W.

Idk that it'd change much for how I'll feel about him beating anyone in the tip top of the division besides GGG, but who knows til it happens.

Andrade is the goods period. He had a schitty promotional company that help him waste 3.5 years. If he can get a few quality opponents that would be nice. Risk vs Reward right now

Why does it matter? Andrade is arguably the most boring fighter in boxing, dudes fights should be used to cure insomnia. Fighters like Andrade that fight with an amateur/jab jab run style hurt boxing. They don’t generate excitement with current fans and it doesn’t get people into the sport. Fighters like that are killing the sport and that is why no one but hardcore fans watch it. Billy H0e Saunders is another terribly boring fighter ppl continue to mention.
