The secret to Lomachenko's reflexes (and why Lopez will be dominated): The SVT

For those that didn't know before and don't understand, the board he's using is very similar to devices from the 80's and 90's. It's not even about speed; it's about periphery vision. Being able to see things without looking directly at them. I trained on a similar (but physical) device in the 90's when I was doing badminton.

It's this type of training that allowed Floyd to (as he showcased on many occasions) work pads with Uncle Roger while not even looking at him - and why Berto said that Floyd's eyes were everywhere else BUT on him, yet he was still able to land and evade effective.

When the trainer says that fatigue is mental, not physical, he's half correct. There's definitely a physical aspect (weight), but when you're "in the zone", your mental can help hide what you're feeling and push you further than you normally would go.

People - the bet is still open. If you're confident that Lopez dominates Loma, there shouldn't be any hesitating in taking my bet because it should be a sure bet. Right?

Loma is simply the complete package. Not only is he a physical phenom but he has the family and team to support him. He doesn’t drink or so drugs, he’s intelligent & he is a honourable man...truly a complete fighter.

And he's not a basket case who gets on the verge of crying.
