Pac-Man because he dominated more the higher he went. I think his best weight is 130 though

Roy jones. Stronger more powerful opponents in higher weight classes. There is a reason they force boxers to use 10oz gloves after 147.

Roy, y'all mother ****ers is dumb

Pac's claim to fame is repeated through out history. He's not the only little boy to grow up boxing, that **** was normal for the ancients. Roy is the only man to do what he did in all 3k year, all three forms, all different rule sets, he stands alone. Bob never made weight. Roy did. Pac's weight coverage was once normal, Roy's is once in 3k years.

          Y'all ****in' dumb

Pac was more impressive because Ruiz was a lousy heavyweight champion. But Pac did not just jump from 106 to 147. he started as a skinny kid and it took him many years of growing and eating better to reach 147 and he could still fight at 135 and be strong if he wanted too.
