I'm curious about Haney and Gamboa

What are you curious about ? Could this be Gamboa's last fight ?
I mean I'm definitely interested to see this. It's just a few fans acting like Haney is the boogey-man,,,. I rate Luke Campbell higher than Gamboa and Ryan Garcia is fighting him, so I thought Haney would step it up a bit more. Commey would have been a good litmus test. Selby, Fortuna, Linares, Easter Jr, Andreev, and others must have not been available.
I think Shakur, Haney, and Lopez will be big stars when Loma is gone. Can't say if a Gamboa win tells me enough though. Was he healthy for the Davis fight ?

Yes, hopefully Daniyar, Majidov and Cissokho get decent opponents. I don't see Andrade but assume he'll be added to the Jacobs-Rosado card later on. Akhmadaliev, Giyasov and Madrimov probably on the Golovkin card.

Perhaps he can demolish Gamboa and this might help him move to something better? I don't know. It is a crap fight, but sometimes those are just a means to and ends.

Dumb and Dumber! Should be Haney vs. GRJ, and Jacobs vs. Andrade! Now that Canelo is in court, why not announce Smith vs. Saunders?

Yes, hopefully Daniyar, Majidov and Cissokho get decent opponents. I don't see Andrade but assume he'll be added to the Jacobs-Rosado card later on. Akhmadaliev, Giyasov and Madrimov probably on the Golovkin card.

I dont think Akhmadaliev travelled over with the rest of them, its got me wondering if theres a Japanese card in the works. Hes supposed to be fighting Iwasa next, Iwasa with Teiken. Then theres Martin J Ward on twitter saying hes going for a shot at the IBF 130. That titles caught up in the Jojo Diaz debacle, but for Ward to get an eliminator for a title shot hed have to fight Kenichi Ogawa, another Teiken guy.

Lets be honest, both are tick over fights but how are these in any way different from the Tank Davis and Errol Spence fights?

Tank took 12 rounds to finish off a crippled Gamboa. Haney can make the straight up comparison if he beats him easier. Also, when has Tank fought anyone at his own weight. Tank's next fight is against a guy who was dragged up from two divisions below.

Spence if fighting Danny Garcia who has proved exactly ZERO at welterweight. In fact, he is only known for losing everytime he has tried to step up. The only interest in this fight is whether Spence has recovered from the car crash or not. Danny is simply a live body in the ring to spar against.

Eddie Hearn has said he's still trying to make Josh Kelly vs David Avanesyan this year. However, he added that if Kelly doesn't take the fight next, he may make Daniyar Yeleussinov vs Avanesyan on the Nov 27th Jacobs vs Rosado undercard instead. [@IFLTV]
