I believe him. Would Joshua want a rematch after? Fury isn't the biggest puncher but AJ doesn't have the best chin either.

He also had is on four-part documentary on probably the biggest TV station in the UK which got huge ratings.

Joshua was very ideal for marketing and advertising for companies because he is media trained and a bit safe/boring which is good for endorsements, but his star has faded a lot since he got knocked out by a fat guy, that’s just a fact. And Fury’s popularity is ascending still.

Fury is more popular in the UK right now and getting much more media and public attention. The fact is casuals are fickle and switched sides after AJ got embarrassed in New York.
Joshua is not really safe. He just has a good PR team covering up who he really is. Anthony has a history of being racist and claiming superiority over the "white man". He is a fake SJW and I feel like American boxing fans will never be on board with someone like that. American boxing fans are like (American) Football fans. They want someone they can root for that is a winner and they can rub in other peoples faces for rooting for the loser. They want substance to shove in their rivals face and backing up someone who has repeatedly made racist remarks is not good for business.

Yes he is a star but he is not a mega star/ cross over star- there is a difference. It took fury a long time and a lot of work to get to where he is. He is not a naturally born star.

Yes he appeared on WWE but look at the PPV numbers he did with Wilder- his own promoter was very disappointed with the guys, if I’m not mistaken it didn’t even break a million (open to correction). And that PPV was promoted like crazy.

I guarantee you that Joshua vs Wilder would have done much much more PPV buys.

I actually like Fury as a fighter and I admire his ambition. I’m however not biased and can call a spade a spade- which is that Fury is jealous of AJ and was hoping he would lose the Ruiz rematch and forever be remembered as a hype job.

It’s actually funny that fury Criticizes Joshua for “fighting scared” against Ruiz when he himself took no risks against Wlad and made that fight very very very boring.

Fury is secretly upset/jealous that he never got the support and exposure AJ got. AJ was a star before he even had his first pro fight and I just feel like fury wished he had received the same treatment.

No matter how much ESPN and top rank try and push Fury- he does not have that X factor, to become a cross over start, that very few boxers have had. Everyone knows if Joshua keeps winning and Unifies he has a lot of potential to cross over.
There’s a lot of double talk. Furys first attempt to actually make a big splash in the U.S ended terrible. His first state fight had him floored badly by Cunningham after a huge build up ,he got the win but many laughed him off after that .

He never had that strong hold on boxing the way AJ chanced things ,it’s why he bet against him all this time . AJ sold out 20 K just in his professional debut .

I do think Fury can be a huge star ,he’s done WWE and has a mouth standing 6”9 but as far as being the guy in boxing ,well? Not until he gets past a man named Joshua.

If Tyson Fury gets Wilder out of the way, and Joshua gets Pulev out of they way 'This fight is very easy to make'.

50/50 down the middle, no nonsense.

But until then? I expect to random outburst like this from both fights I.E I will do this, I will do that etc
Eddie Hearn could not even make a fight between 2 of his own fighters.aj vs Whyte. Not even with millions of pounds, 4 world titles up for grabs, Eddie still managed to screw up.

            Let that sink in...

Whyte was asking an amount he was not worth and held no belt ,what’s there to sink in ?

              P.s Whyte isn’t Hearns fighter .

And it’s there opinion and nelson achieved far more in boxing than you ever would have.
Telling a pro boxer ego boxed at the top level he don’t know is priceless lol
You talk like a drunk halfwit moron who just stumbled out the pub. Wilder is not a poor excuse of a hw for a champ he was undefeated for 42 fights with 41 kos and made 11 defenses of his wbc and reigned for 5 years and had according to people like george foreman and sugar ray leonard as the hardest puncher ever. Does johnny nelson who fought nothing but bums and best win was a 35 year old carl thompson know better than george foreman and srl? Johnny nelson with 12 losses LOL.A poor excuse for a hw champion is ruiz the blob who had ur gay lover aj on the floor 4 times and quit. Ydksab!

Wilder was called a baby not ready for top guys after winning his belt, come on get off it everyone knows he carefully had his team hand pick guys ,the only cherry pick gone wrong was Fury .

Wilder will be remembered for a high knockout percentage but when any real fan looks into those stoppages they see why he got there .

No you wouldn’t. AJ stays on his mind though.

don’t even compete with me when it comes to boxing....as I said yes wilder is a big puncher but he had no technical ability , terrible balance , had no left hand , never threw a combination, could not fight on the back foot , was losing every round to Ortiz , spilka was even terms with him for 10 rounds , Washington was out boxing him of all people so please do not try and dress it up like wilder was some marvel in the ring....he wasn’t.
Having a punch to pull you from defeat is an ok thing to have but you will lose to a decent heavyweight and your lose badly.
