Interesting that you call Andrade "clout chasing" when Jermall publicly said he wants money for his next opponent. Let me translate that for you in case you did not read the article. Jermall thinks his value went up enough to claim kings ransoms for every fight. Jermall is only worried about the "clout" and this is the only reason why he keeps calling out Canelo instead of fighting the other top guys in the division.

I don’t see David beating Canelo at all. It’d be a good fight but I don’t see it.
I agree. When I watch Munguia or Benevidez I see two guys who cut tremendous amounts of water weight then balloon back up and just out size their opponents. Benavidez looks good and has skills but he relies too much on his size much like I think Jermall does with his opponents.

Benavidez does have the height and length advantage but a lot of good that did to Jacobs......

Oh yeah Benavidez has an impressive workout (before), but that’s against opponents whom are nowhere near Canelo’s defense nor countering ability. If you’re cutting all that weight like David and throwing hard shots when a lot don’t land while also trying to cut off the ring spends your energy and you break down. Being frustrated and angry while trying to catch Canelo whom hits hard at 168+ is going to give David serious problems. Canelo hits way harder than Dirrell or his previous opponents

Honestly I think now that Canelo is not draining himself so much he is going to hit harder than before. He generates a lot of power from torqueing his hips and he uses his legs a lot. Not having to cut so much weight or worry about weight will allow him to focus on technique and power more than before. After watching how good Canelo was defensively against Ggg and Jacobs who is much taller and longer. I would not be surprised if Benavidez gasses out from missing so much. Benavidez has a chin but Canelo is the best body puncher at the moment if not in the top 3 easy.

I agree. Look at the Kovalev fight. Canelo’s shots were just as fast as at 154-160. It simply means that at 175, Canelo wasn’t killing himself to make weight and then the scale. His jabs and hooks in theory would be slower adding more weight. That wasn’t the case. Then again, Canelo was very conservative with Kovalev to only throw when needed because he could also tire out

With Haymon pull with the WBA, look for Jermall Charlo vs Eubank for some sort of WBA Belt for sure

as for Jermell, I think the fight with Teixeira can be made, if not then Mandatory Obligations next most likely vs Lubin or Murtazaliev
