What is the goal weight and what is Ruiz trying to accomplish being with Team Reynoso?

Ruiz is just lazy and not the most professional athlete out there. He'll always struggle with his weight.

Well at least Ruiz calls it team Canelo. That I can understand. All those champions didn't get to where they are now under Reynose's training or stylistic approach of fitting a round peg into a square hole. All those big names earned their titles through other trainers. It's just a fad and the Canelo trainer uses his name as leverage to probably get them more money and most likely help persuade judging. That's all great for the fighter and team Canelo. Doesn't merit any praise toward the trainers ability to train. If Ruiz accomplishes anything more it will be because of Ruiz, his dedication within and the experience he brings with him from Manny's school of attack!

Andy Ruiz does look like he's lost a lot of weight since joining the Reynoso Gym. Make no mistake this guy can fight, has good hand speed, and a real sturdy chin. Look what he did to Anthony Joshua, dropped him three times. Had Joshua really disoriented prior to winning the fight, and the title. He did that after being knocked down, I mean he looked like he was finished, until he picked himself up. Then he let his hands go like pistons, his boxing, and punching was a sight to behold. No one in attendance could believe what they had just witnessed, Joshua losing his undefeated record, and titles. Hopefully Reynoso will help Ruiz keep his down, that's been his biggest hindrance to his career.

That's like saying that doing mittwork isn't really training.

There is a specific purpose for this kind of work.

                  HAHAHAHAHA Exactly

He says he's "ready" to start losing weight? What the hell has he been doing for 11 months since his last fight? What a joke... At least the black t-shirt is slimming. Everyone said he was getting in great shape last time too and then he took his shirt off lol.

Does anybody really care about Ruiz? The blueprint on how to beat him is out.

Mittwork = coordination, if nothing else
Getting hit with pool noodles = making his stomach growl.
