Totally agree with you, WTF is this? Gabe should be fighting someone like Munguia, they can find better opponents for Jacobs at 168 (Smith, BJS, Ryder) and do those fights in the UK.

Its not even about the "12" losses, nor is it about the backstage BS that they have been building for a while now.

This is just not a fight that someone like Jacobs should be in right now, he has past that stage levels above.

so obv this is disappointing, but i'm just saying if it's an undercard fight then it isnt a big deal.
It's most likely there's a lot less money on the tablr for this fight right now so he's taking a cheap where at least there's some history.

I understand, we are boxing fans. So we would still watch it. But like you said it's just a bit disappointing when you know they could do better match ups.
