This has been rumored for a while so no surprise at all. I'm guessing Andrade will also be fighting a soft touch? Or will he get Williams?

This is Jacobs last fight of his current deal with Matchroom/DAZN. He gets done with the contract and can bid PBC and Matchroom/DAZN against each other once again. Smart businessman.

I think the rumor was that Andrade will fight a non title fight so not Williams. I really wouldn't be surprised to see Jacobs go back to PBC.

This has UFC written all over it. UFC is all about generating hype first and quality fights second. You have 1 guy in charge of match making and he puts on the fights that can generate the most hype all for profit.

What a pathetic choice by Jacobs. Jacob's moves up to 168 and his first fight is a former middleweight who by the way sucks. Rosado was a gatekeeper at 160, but that was years ago. He is so past his prime that he is not even good enough to be a gatekeeper at 160.

This really is a bad choice for Jacobs. He should be testing the waters at 168 with a legit lower ranked top 10 super middleweight. Instead of doing the logical thing he is fighting a guy and beating him will mean nothing and will tell the public nothing about how Jacob's will do at 168. If this is the kind of fights Jacobs wants at 168 he does not deserve a title shot anytime soon.

That is likely. Jacob's has already hit his potential and he is not going to get any better so he might as well go back to PBC where he can go back to fighting the Rosado's of the world on a regular basis.
