Comes back quick enough, but I definitely need to get back in fighting shape. You can do as much HIIT or whatever as you like but to build your fighting stamina you gotta roll. Went in yesterday as well, but I'm feeling my effing age today. That's where it gets you, man, in your head you can still do all the things you did when you were 20 or 30, but then the next day you realise you ain't....
