I think that his team and trainer would call it off or delay the fight if he wasn’t looking like he’s ready or doesn’t to well in sparring session fights

Spence being one of my favorite fighters, I’m not going to lie, I’m concerned. But I also have to trust that Spence himself and his team know better than myself as to what they can manage. And as of right now, they feel that this DSG fight and it’s timeline is something they can manage.
If the fight happens after a worrisome sparring regimen, I look for Spence to box intelligently. Stick and move with very selective combinations and some moments of bad intentions.
However, if sparring goes very well and his team has good outcomes. I believe the gameplan will be to dominate and press the action despite the firepower coming from DSG. Either way, look for a dominating performance from Spence.

I hope they're not rushing things with Errol. IMHO they should've just vacated the titles and taken more time off, Errol didn't really look the same last time I saw him but who am I to tell? maybe he really is fine again and can fight. But a return fight against someone like Danny Garcia could end up being the biggest mistake he's ever made in his career.

Could his close win over Shawn Porter have had a detrimental affect on his psyche. Spence did win his fight with Porter, but he was pressured to the max. He looked extremely uncomfortable with the in your face constant punching Porter was unleashing on him. That might have continued to dog him, the fact that he's seen as so much better than his contemporaries. Yet Porter was able to take him to the brink of his first defeat. Which might have driven him to alcohol to forget that hounding memory. That could be a plausible explanation for drinking, and driving at such a high speed, (trying to escape those thoughts). Now he wants to prove that there was nothing wrong in his life, and that he's even better physically than before the accident. That's just hard to believe, on top of that he's coming back against Danny Garcia possibly the hardest puncher in the division. He should have returned against a top 20 ranked fighter, not against a top 10 fighter. There are so many questions: will those cuts reopen, will his teeth get broken, will his body be able to take anywhere near 12 championship rounds. Fighting Danny Garcia appears to be as bad a decision, as his decision to drink and drive. To be clear Errol Spence is/was an exceptional fighter, we just don't know what there is now. You don't survive an accident like he had, without suffering lingering affects. He wont be the same Errol Spence who entered the ring to fight Shawn Porter. The important question is what percentage of the fighter who fought Porter, will be facing Garcia?

I coulda swore Derrick James and Jerrell Charlo both on separate occasions have said that Spence has been sparring already and that he looks great.
I’m interested in seeing how Spences face holds up in a real fight. He took a lot of trauma to the face and now has scar tissue. Might be more susceptible to cuts and swelling. He also has the false teeth to worry about.
