Sniper reminds me of Sharmba Mitchell. Solid boxer with a excellent work ethic.

Just like Sharmba couldn’t beat the Floyd’s and Koztra Tsyzu he beat a lot of good fighters and improved with each fight. Tough as nails.

Pedraza is the same. Just beat Beltran, Moran, Pierre, Molina but lost to Loma and Davis. Would love a Zepeda rematch.

    War Sniper!

Jose "Sniper" Pedraza, is walking, talking, and acting, like a true professional. He's fighting decent opposition regularly, and calling out the champions. He also is finally looking healthy, I mean at 130, and 135 pounds he just looked undernourished. These fighters come in at the lowest weight division they can make. Hoping to win a title at that weight, then move on up and win titles in multiple weight divisions. This is such a delusional way of approaching his sport, because most fighter wont ever win a title, even fewer will win multiple titles. They should be concentrating on fighting at a weight where they strong resilient, and healthy period. Starving themselves to make unhealthy low weights, will leave them in weakened state. In these weakened states fighters are are less resilient, and can get seriously hurt. Like I said Pedraza looks sturdier now, at 140, and would probably be at his optimum weight at 147. That's still about 1 1/2 to 2 years away, if he's even thinking along those lines. For right now fighting 1 more time to close out the year would keep him busy, sharp, and ready for any eventuality. Next year looks like the year he'll be fighting for a third title in as many weight divisions. He's got a real good chance at winning a title at 140 pounds, and retaining it for a couple of defenses. Then he could move up to 147 if he decides to, in order to win a fourth title in as many devisions. He might even find that one punch knockout punch that's been missing in his repertoire. If he's able to do that he'll be mentioned in conversations about the best, and greats from Puerto Rico.

Yeah he 100% looks stronger and sharper than ever . His power definitely carried over to the 140lbs division if not improved. I loved watching his last fight finally made me a true fan hope he can get a dub against Zepeda if not a top 10 fighter
