Gennadys tied up with DAZn for 4 more fights / Doubt Haymon would send Charlo over time DAZn after putting him on a PPV.

Any champion can call out any other champion his weight for a unification fight but the other champion has no obligation to fight him and the two champions would have to agree to terms of the fight. Dollar amount, fight location etc.Clout chasing is exactly what Ward did with his phonny challenge of GGG that you bring up almost every day. He challenged him only in the media when he knew GGG was legally bound by contract to fight Lemieux next. Then he moved to 175 permanently. His team never sent a contract or offered any money because they never intended to fight him anyway. Just clout chasing as you call it.
