    1000%.

If boxing made any fooking sense every promoter/network would be working with WBSS or trying to hijack the concept.

But nope WBSS stands alone at trying to have the best compete against the best on a consistent basis like every other sport does.

Probably lighter divisions without any stars and women's divisions

Eh. Hope not. They'd probably have to cut down the participants to 4 or 6 if they do women divisions cuz so few top level women are out there in any one division. Or the #8 best girl in the tournament is gonna need to get some vacation time from Burger King.

Yeah there is definitely a few probably wouldn’t do it.

I guess for Dillian, it would depend on how the rematch with Povetkin goes.

If he loses that, then he’s not going to be getting them pay-per-views on sky. He will be further down the rankings and fighting on regular sky sports for much less money. If some vacant title ended up in the tournament, who knows.

I think the finalists in the world boxing super series get about 5 million minimum. That’s still more than he’s ever earned and certainly more than he will earn if he loses to Povetkin.

Even regardless of money, I think some of those heavyweights like Dillian and Ruiz may not do it because they could think it’s beneath them from having big PPV fights just a year or two earlier.

Have to have some of the better names move up or down for the women's tourney

I think its likely super feather for the women, Hearn signing up the champions to make it happen. Flyweight I think will be one of the mens divisions, Martinez, Mthalane, Dalakian shouldnt be any issue to get in. Hearn aint giving up the superfly guys for it.

I dunno man, Dereck “9 Losses” Chisora is headlining a Sky PPV at the end of next month.

The standard of PPV in this country is abysmal at the moment.

I like the idea of a HW WBSS but I have a feeling it will be far too difficult to organise and fund if it includes the top contenders.
