Joe Louis was the most dominant heavyweight champ ever. There’s no dis*****g that. 12 years and 23 consecutive title defenses make him the greatest fighter in the most famous division. Pacquiao is also an all time great, but I think Louis is too much of an icon

Why is the TS so obsessed with comparing Pacquiao with the other GREATS?

If the agenda is to belittle Pac’s accomplishments in comparison to the others, this isn’t a good idea. People seem to start accepting that Pac belongs to the same conversation as these legends even though he ranks lower than them. 10 yrs ago, this would have been considered blasphemous.

Joe Louis's last fight was like 70 years ago. No one here is nostalgic. Being able to read and understand a book doesn't make it nostalgia. You are a dumb****.


That said, Pac's greatest accolades are time-based not time-less. Joe's are timeless not stuck in their own era. It's real ****ing simple.

|Pacquiao's greatest accolades is also timeless, 8 division, never been done before and likely never will. But you don't know that

Joe's on the other hand are time-based because sooner or later a HW will eventually make 23 title defenses on a title. Joe's title defenses also benifited from his bum of the month club. Which is funny, one of the greatest heavyweights of all time also has trash resume. He got knocked out by a man 25 pounds lighter than he is (Marcianio)
