Just rewatched this. Seems that Seldon didn't even show up to fight.

Lets say Canelo went up to HW and fought the Seldon that lost to Tyson in the first round.

    Who wins?

    21
    Canelo
    23.81%
    5
    Seldon

No. The size difference is too much.

        Seldon took a glorified dive.

The Tyson/Holyfield fight happened just 2 months later because it was known Seldon wasn't going to "show up".

Yes. But Canelo is 5'9 and a natural Super-Middleweight at most. He's not messing with any Heavyweight. I feel like people don't appreciate why weight classes are a thing

Seldon was OBVIOU$LY bribed to dive for the Don King $howtime MGM Grand franchi$e.

If King could rig him to dive for Tyson, then O$car could ju$t a$ ea$ily rig him to dive for Canelo.

Why would I comment if I hadn’t seen the fight? I maintain the size difference is too much.

Yes of course he did. Tyson was a shell by then. Seldon was a non draw, owned by king and mafia. The long term plans were tyson vs holy. That was big money. Seldon was small potatoes. Mafia greed runs the sport. If you don't know that by now you ever will.

Seldon was another pawn. Like Stiverne, Charles Martin, Ruiz, Moorer, etc.
