In terms of when fight's go on, I don't think attendance had anything to do with it. Example Canelo-Kovalev they waited until the UFC main event was over to start their fight. I doubt a significant portion of how ever many ppl were in that venue for the UFC event that night immediately left & purchased Dazn that night. But it did give those who were already in an area to watch the fight, whether at home or a bar time to switch over & buy the Dazn fight. I say that to say I don't think fans being there or not will make a difference.Comment

agreed...I'll watch to see what he has left but the fight just needs to happen and then go from thereCan't find myself to really give a **** about that fight. Should be a relatively easy fight for Golovkin; if it isn't, then we've definitely seen the best of him. Better not get pushed back again and rescheduled though. A fight like this needs to get over and done with as soon as possible.Comment

I'm almost scared to watch Spence in his comeback fight, I have no idea what his punch resistance will be now. That being said I would still probably prefer to watch him vs Danny (vs GGG-Kamil) but not at a high price PPV price. Hopefully DAZN starts to put on some fights in the next few months. They only need about 5 good fights a year really to justify the $100 annual price.Last edited by Boxing-1013; 09-23-2020, 11:39 AM.Comment

I think you misunderstood what I said. If fans were allowed, then you don't go with GGG on that date. But since no fans, they don't feel the PPV affects them too much. Some of the people that would have purchased DAZN for that month may pass for the PPV, but that fight was never doing big numbers on DAZN regardless. In terms of when fight's go on, I don't think attendance had anything to do with it. Thanks, very interesting, did not know that. Spence doesn't seem to be a 'professional' to me, as far as his partying goes, so I don't have as high hopes for him as I used to. I used to think he would dominate Crawford but I've done about a complete 180 on that now. I guess we will see what he has left.Comment
