The big problem is that promoters and broadcasters are making PPV events out of fighters that are not capable of really selling a good amount, and that also stops a fighters getting more attention because it limits their audience.

Sometimes I think it would be more beneficial in the long run to put these kind of events on free to air TV. At least it would allow the general public to know who these fighters are

Then again, there is no gate money at the moment, so the money has to come from somewhere

It's a good card, decent match ups, but the problem is that the Charlo's are not draws. This fight should of been priced anywhere from$49.95 to $54.95 to give fans the opportunity to watch during this crisis.

They’re complaining because it’s PBC, Al Haymon is the advisor, and because you Espinoza and Showtime is the network. They’re angry because they said PBC would fail back in 2015 when it launched. They’re angry because their favourite promoters Eddie Hearn and oscar DeLaHoya have contracts with dazn and dazn has been rejected by American sports fans and appears to be a dismal failure in the USA. Most of those complaining online about this fight arnt even in the USA, and they have to pay ppv for domestic level fights.
PBC is putting on the best fights, beat cards, and no one out there is putting out quality fights of this level, no one. Only Top Rank comes close with its up coming unification.
Thank goodness we have PBC and Top Rank, if we had to rely on the dazn crew we’d be getting no boxing.

Ive never been prouder of the fans. Sky and Hearn take the absolute pisss.. Dillian Whyte is not a PPV fighter, and they sold that fight as an eliminator, which it clearly wasn't. Now we know why Eddies house is the size of the council estate I was brought up on..

Lol, yeah I always laugh at those that think paying for ridiculous overpriced fight is something on an honour, this PPV sold like 220k.

People are already paying almost £50 for sky sport and then you want to charge another £20 for Whyte on PPV.

Let them mug off the ones who want to pay $75 in America. The more they continue mugging them off the more mediocre fights gets place on PPV.

Unfortunately the Charlos have play into this! They have no charisma and they haven’t shown if they belong in a ppv fight! These 2 brothers are as cold as ice when it comes to promote, their language and clarity to speak is below elementary level. $74 dollars are too much for these 2 clowns. Sorry its my verdict.

boxing fans are gonna complain regardless. its a good card, good enough to warrant the price? we'll see in hindsight. i probably would have paid more to attend in person under normal circumstances.

Anyway, it's like I keep saying about the BUSINESS of boxing. The PPV prices in general are steep but a lot of people have to be paid.
