    I don't see why not. He stopped the guy that everyone had as the #1 JM and if he even beats the current #1 JM, he's in there

      I like Rosario. Got a lot of heart to keep fighting but I see Jermell clipping him for a stoppage win. Though Rosario looked bigger in the Jrock fight than the Gallimore bout. That could help with more resistance...though The temple shot he got from Gallimore had him buzzing for a hot minute. Important to work on spin arounds in the gym, work on fighting on the back foot and not rely on clinching.

        Put him ahead of Spence, who has a terrible resume. J-Rock, Jermall are probably better P4P than Porter and Danny. Mikey doesn't even count with the size discrepancy.

          Interesting, my first thought was probably not, but accomplishment wise it would definitely put him in the discussion for it, and it would be hard to argue why not.
