To be fair to Ford he doesn't come across as a guy who acts tough, despite his appearance he seems like a nice enough bloke. I wish him well in his mission but I don't have high hopes.

I think he might have had some criminal issues in his past? But I might be wrong. Hard to not get spotted being that size. That’s neither here nor there. But yeah he does seem like a grounded guy in his interviews, but those are interviews. But then again he’s also trying to compete at a pro level in a combat sport at 38 with little or any experience? If it’s something he always wanted to do, then good on him, he’s kept himself at least looking good. Maybe someone is offering him enough money to make it worth his while? But usually guys with builds like that just get exploited as an attraction and get hurt bad by someone who looks half as physically impressive. So I wonder who is actually trying to push this venture? If this isn’t a huge personal goal for him, then I’d be impressed if he knew to let it go. Course who knows what the details are. But if he thinks he has a chance, I’d be concerned who the people around him are. I don’t want to see him get KOd by sum club fighter, and then at the same time devalue his acting chances. I just hope it’s what he wants.
