Well it’s like I said in my other post, if you throw that in a fight and end up with the line of vision and body position that he has, you leave yourself totally exposed for a flush shot and won’t even see it coming and can’t defend it.

Unless you land that huge winging shot that someone should be able to see coming, then it is really a recipe for disaster against a smart and sharp fighter.

Idiots like ****EM who know nothing about boxing say he’s simply working on technique, But working on technique creates flaws in muscle memory and bad habits if not don’t correctly.

Yes David Haye's pad-work with Shane Mcguigan was not to the same standard as with Booth, his punches where visible wider and just lacked sharpness 'I had never seen Haye's technique so bad'.

This new method seems to have surfaced with this new trainer, that I see Joshua working with 'I have no idea who he is'.

Yeah he brought that guy in for pad work but for me it seems worse than before, it might look more flashy and explosive but it also shows big flaws.

I wonder what Rob McCracken thinks when he’s watching it, because he’s forgotten more than someone like me will ever know about boxing and even I can see how ****** it is to be throwing them shots and leaving your body and live of vision in a position like that.

I guess when you’re making that much money as a trainer and been essentially demoted to co-trainer and have accepted that position, then you have to just go along with certain things

You’re a resident idiot and a clown! Where in my post did I say he’s working on technique?

Again illiterate clown: I said he’s not working on technique - he’s working on power and he’s trying to make his left as lethal as his right. Is that too hard to read?

Anyway, you seem to be more fixated on Josh and not yer idol, Fury, who’s shadow boxing like a novice. With his technique - he’s open all night for an overhand right or left hook. I guess that’s why Wallin was able to buss his eye open.

Dumb internet r3tard who has never boxed for a day in his life questioning me. What a clown! Don’t get yer jaw wired and stop being an obsessed schmuck!

but my point still stands even, if you’re working on power, why would you be doing it in a way that creates bad habits and bad muscle memory?

The fact is Joshua has no boxing IQ, he’s just a good athlete with decent textbook schooling that made a good career because You can get far just having those abilities in today’s heavyweight game .

The problem is that when he runs into a real boxer like fury, he’s going to get embarrassed like Wilder did. Late starters with no IQ cannot beat Tyson Fury. Joshua will get flattened by Usyk too if they fight for the same reasons.

LMAOOO. Usyk that got bruised by a 40-yr old career journeyman who was out of the ring for over 2 yrs?

And Fury the con artist who’s yet to either unify or have any semblance of title defence in 13 yrs?

I know you’re obsessed with Josh and he gives you nightmares because your missus is always lusting after him. But it’s not that deep. LMAOOO

Tell Fury to stop shadow boxing like a novice and Josh would end his career boxing like that. He can get away with it against a bum like Wilder. But won’t against the 2x unified heavyweight champion of the world, Olympics gold medalist and world championship silver medalist. LMAOOO

He’s only two times heavyweight champion because he got beaten by an unranked obese stand in to lose them once

You and me both know he got some gift decisions in the Olympics,,he lost his first match and probably lost to the Italian too.

It will be hilarious watching big stiff Joshua trying to land shots on Fury. Joshua is going to spit out his gumshield and quit again within six rounds.

                Easy fight for Fury.

Go to the original post on insta. Look to the upper-right for three dots, click the three dots. A new menu will come up, look for embed, click it. Another new menu with one button, click it. Go to your post here, paste, done.

Just a head's up, the instagram embed code is huge, way bigger then Youtube's, and, you can preview their embeds.

I know how to copy the insta code. Embedding it here is always the problem.

Which of the icons do you use on here?

None, you're ****ing up because you're making it more complicated than it is.

                      retrieve code, paste code, done.

I'm not trying to be condescending, this time. I'm just clarifying.

once you have the insta embed code copied paste it in the main text field like you're chatting. No button, nothing extra. Just paste the god damn code in the god damn place you do all your **** talking in and you'll will have god damn embedded, if you don't believe me and don't want to look an ass hit preview first.
