I think it is a terrible fight for Broner as Ennis would beat the hell out of him and knock him out. Broner has become a terrible boxer to watch in his last few fights. He clinches and hold and wrestles like a damn octopus. He fights dirty as hell and runs away. he throws very few punches when he fights a good fighter who can punch like Mikey or Pacquiao although he can still beat much lesser fighters. he has become gun shy and afraid to let his hands go. As soon as he sampled Ennis's speed, power and punching accuracy he would go into survival mode and just clinch and run.

I'm gonna say Boots beats the ***** out of Broner. He may actually get some rounds though unless the ref steps in because Broner would make it hard to knock him out.
